Insomnia can be helped with hypnotherapy hypnosis therapy

Insomnia is a terrible condition. Sufferers go from one day to the next in a dream-like state, never having that 'refreshed' feeling.
Eventually insomnia becomes a habit where the insomniac assumes the condition to be incurable. Stress involved in worrying about inability to sleep exacerbates the problem. Hypnotherapy treatment whilst in hypnosis will allow you to unlearn that bad habit of poor sleep

HYPNOTHERAPY HYPNOSIS THERAPY FOR INSOMNIA:

Insomnia is suffered by around 35% of the population at some time in their lives. Insomnia is a much more serious problem than most people think. Not only is the long term lack of sleep bad for your health but can cause poor performance at work. The many healing and rejuvenating qualities of sleep disappear when sleep deprivation is involved.

The insomniac's mind races out of control and endlessly turns over real and imagined events. All of us suffer this at times, before a holiday, exams, moving house, Christmas Eve etc.

Insomnia is the chronic inability to sleep well. In many people it is experienced as a difficulty in falling asleep. In others it is experienced both as a difficulty in  falling asleep and in staying asleep. In others, they awake very early and then cannot go back to sleep.

Drugs such as Valium, Dalmane, chloral hydrate, and barbiturates, which are prescribed by many doctors for treating insomnia, have many disadvantages. Some are addictive, and all suppress rapid eye movement, or dreaming during sleep, and they tend to lose their effectiveness over time.

Hypnosis has none of these drawbacks yet can still provide relief from the problem of insomnia. Initially you will be taught self hypnosis...how to take yourself 'down' into deep relaxation. Then Regression Hypnotherapy is used to find out what particular issues  in your subconscious mind are causing the problem. This is followed by getting your subconscious mind to understand that there is no reason the problem needs to continue, and to work out the solution.

The final step is to use Suggestion Hypnotherapy to give suggestions that enable you to go to sleep easily and to stay asleep!

THE TIMES - BODY & SOUL MAGAZINE (INSOMNIA ARTICLE) 27/11/04
"Happily, I’m still sleeping well. What I found most useful was being taught to hypnotise myself. I see the techniques that I
have learnt as a future weapon against insomnia"...

WHAT CLIENTS SAY:

"I know this is what you probably expected to happen to me, but each & every morning that I wake up fully refreshed, I still contemplate how the day will be, & will I still feel the same way? I know it’s probably strange, but it’s not a negative thought, just a totally amazing & brilliant feeling!"
